Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

CBT is a collection of evidence-based therapies that address the interconnectedness of what we think, how we feel and how we behave and all of these factors have a decisive influence on our well-being. There are a number of highly effective treatments that address common difficulties including anxiety, depression, and behavioral difficulties.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy

DBT is a therapy designed to teach people how to live in the moment, cope healthily with stress, regulate emotions and improve relationships with others. In DBT, the patient and the therapist work to resolve the seeming contradiction between self-acceptance and change, in order to bring about positive changes in the patient. The modalities of treatment provided: Individual Therapy, Group Therapy, Family Therapy, Phone Coaching for clients actively in treatment and Parent Coaching Sessions.
